Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address, used for sign-in and account notices.
• Image and video prompts, reference media you provide, and generated media, stored so you can access your generation history.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer ID, purchase records, and a card fingerprint used to prevent free-credit abuse. We never see your card number.
• Basic product-usage events such as page visits, setup-copy clicks, and checkout starts. We use a random browser identifier, campaign parameters, and the referring site's origin to understand which launch channels work. We do not collect the full referring URL.

How prompts are processed

Prompts and reference media are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate your image or video, subject to Google's API terms. We do not use your prompts or media for training or marketing, and we do not sell your data.

Storage and access

Generated media is stored at unguessable URLs so it keeps working in your chat history. Anyone with a link can view that media. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@paulcrossland.com.

Third parties

We use Supabase (database and media storage), Google Gemini API (image and video generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (sign-in emails), and Fly.io (hosting). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
